Windows 2000 server serving roaming profiles to Mac Panther users in mixed environment

We have windows 2000 servers and the PC users access their roaming profiles from them. What we want to know is can the Panther workstations access theirs and if so how?

You can probaly set Panther to store their roaming profiles on a Macintosh enabled volume on your W2k server, but that's about it...

But how would the Macs point to that profile?

MacOSX is UN*X (actually BSD), so use the appropriate shell variable in the logon script, e.g.

declare -x HOME=<path to profile/home on the W2k server>

resolved by updating to win 2003 Os 10.3.4 update on macs....
