Windows 2000 Server SP4 version of IIS is 5.00.0984 according to  C:\WINNT\system32\inetsrv\iisync.exe file properties.  Is IIS so intergrated into Windows 2000 that the only way to apply patches is through the Windows Update site?  Are there any Service packs for IIS 5?  When requirements want you to have MS IIS 5.0 or MS IIS 5.1 SP3 installed are they referring to SP3 on Windows 2000?  This is confusing to me and I want to make sure that my IIS is patched correctly but I don't see an easy way to know.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
