Hi I am new to visual basic. I have this problem whereby I have to send an sms from a handphone to a  SMS modem to switch on/off my electronic application for example a LED light using a serial port to transmit the data. I have tried reading books on Visual basic and have gone to some websites and have found nothing. So now the main problem is what code do I need to use in order for the application to get switched on using Visual basic programming. By the way I am using VB  6. Thanks alot.
