Hi

I have 2003 member server running as TS. clinets that are connecting to it have no problem printing to their local printer wihout installing the printer on the server EXCEPT ONE which has Canon LBP1760e printer connected to it. This printer never shows up on Printer and Fax section and the client cannot print.

2003 comes with Canon LBP1760 driver and I can install this printer from the server. But the original printer comes with two tray option and the second tray is not available when I install the printer on the server. I have downloaded the updated driver from canon website  but even after installing this driver the printer doesn't show up on the Printer and Fax section.

This is driving the client crazy...Please help

What I would do is to make sure that you got the one driver running (even though it doesn't have the option for the 2nd tray at least it shows up, right?), and then go to the Printer's properties page, under "Advanced" tab, click on "New Drivers" and install the latest update you've received.  You can then choose the new driver as the default.
