Company has asked me to use a standard font, font size and color for everyone as well as forwards and replies. they also want a standard e-mail signature with a confidentiality notice on the bottom. I have to implement this on all outlook clients as well as OWA service. I would like to know what is the best way to do this other then the obvious which is go to each computer and configure it. My plan is to make a template for the signature and have everyone edit the part with their information and apply it. This will come with instructions with good pictures. As for the font and everyhting I would like to know how I can change this from the server as well as how to do this on OWA service. Please all ideas are welcome.
