Company has asked me to use a standard font, font size and color for everyone as well as forwards and replies. they also want a standard e-mail signature with a confidentiality notice on the bottom. I have to implement this on all outlook clients as well as OWA service. I would like to know what is the best way to do this other then the obvious which is go to each computer and configure it. My plan is to make a template for the signature and have everyone edit the part with their information and apply it. This will come with instructions with good pictures. As for the font and everyhting I would like to know how I can change this from the server as well as how to do this on OWA service. Please all ideas are welcome.<br />

What is best way to implement a standard signature and font for all company E-mail

A font is a particular size, weight and style of a typeface. Each font is a matched set of type, one piece (called a "sort") for each glyph, and a typeface consists of a range of fonts that share an overall design. With the advent of digital typography, font is frequently synonymous with typeface, although the two terms do not necessarily mean the same thing. In particular, the use of "vector" or "outline" fonts means that different sizes of a typeface can be dynamically generated from one design. Each style may still be in a separate "font file" -- for instance, the typeface "Futura" may include the fonts "Futura roman", "Futura italic", "Futura bold" and "Futura extended" —- but the term "font" might be applied either to one of these alone or to the whole typeface.
