ApacheDSO Demos problem

Demos - Internet - ApacheDSO - Authentication, Authorization, DBModule, Hello, logging and ModuleInit
and
Demos - Internet - WebServ - Apache and IIS

How to try this several demos ?

I tried to set ACE (ApacheConfigEditor) Demo and to put adress in IE :
http://localhost/HelloWorld/
But I didn't succeeded (IE didn't find http://localhost/HelloWorld/) ?

or

How to create Apache o IIS Web Server ?
