How to try this several demos ?<br />

I tried to set ACE (ApacheConfigEditor) Demo and to put adress in IE :<br />
<a href="http://localhost/HelloWorld/" rel="ugc">http://localhost/HelloWorld/</a><br />
But I didn't succeeded (IE didn't find <a href="http://localhost/HelloWorld/" rel="ugc">http://localhost/HelloWorld/</a>) ?<br />
