owa logon drops out

Hi,

I have a problem to logon OWA.  When I put my user name and password and press OK, IE drops or disppears or closes.

Ted,

Is anyone else able to login sucessfully?
Have you tried logging in from another computer?  If you have, was it sucessful?
Do you get an error messages before IE closes?
What OS and version of IE
What is the Exchange version?

I have not tested on other PC since I only have one pc at home.  But when I try it using other pc from internal company.  owa works.

At home I use XP pro.  IE6.  

Our Exchange is e2k.

Have you ever been able to login from home?
Can anyone else login successfully from outside of the network (ie, at their home)?

Do you get an error messages before IE closes?

I never is able to logon owa from home.
I knew somebody can use it from their home.
No any error message.

We have another case here.  I can use brower inside the company to logon owa, but some users can not and got error message below:HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized.

Most likely this is an issue on the exchange side related to user rights.  If you haven't already (and you aren't the admin), you should contact your Exchange admin to locate the problem.

I am a new admin and also am looking into the problems.  Trying to get a quick solution.  Do you think these two issues related to each other?
