I've got Verizon DLS (static IP) and am having problems getting my clients to send e-mail.  They have several different e-mail accounts so I am adding the appropriate number of profiles in outlook.  With their accounts, I can receive email but can't send.  I don't believe my ISP is blocking port 25 because I can telnet to it successfully (outgoing.verizon.net).  This is happening on ALL of my client's accounts.  I can however send and receive email if I set up a profile for myself using my personal SMTP and POP3 servers and my own domain account.  Very strange that I can send using my SMTP address, but my clients can't using the proper SMTP address.  For testing purposes, I've changed my SMTP to 'outgoing.verizon.net' and I could NOT send... so is something up with Verizon meaning do I need to get them on the horn?

Where are you physically located? go to www2.verizon.net to see if there are any reported outages
