Creating window within webpage

Hello,

I am trying to make a webpage, what i am looking for will be able to display content inside a window on the webpage say something like 300px by 300px that has its own scrollbar.  

i would prefer to stay away from iframes.  thanks!

Use cascading style sheets. Much better than an iframe:

<div style="width:300px;height:300px;overflow:auto">
blah
</div>

If the content inside the divs is too big for the 300x300 sized box, then overflow:auto tells the browser to display scroll bars if necessary.
