Steps to try<br />
<br />
1) Disable AV and see if problem stops. MS suggests this, but if I was stuck using MS mail clients, this would scare the crap out of me.<br />
<br />
2) Switch client to use a sngle DNS server in TCP/IP properties (Outlook and Express sometimes have trouble when mltiple DNS servers are listed in TCP/IP config)<br />
