I have a user trying to import a pst file that was created in outlook 2000 then he was upgraded to outlook03 now he wants to send that pst file to another user that is using outlook 2000 the user still using outlook 2000 can not open the pst file it tells him he does not have permissions is there someplace to check or change permissions on a pst file?
