A new router should come with the IOS installed
Do you have the IOS image? Is it on CD, or just on a PC?
Do you  have a TFTP server set up?

Detailed procedure

Sorry, I cannot give you the image. If you don't have a CCO account, you will have to buy the IOS image software. Try http://www.cdw.com
You can purchase a CD with the IOS image and a new license
Else, you can purchase a SmarNet maintenance contract that only covers the IOS for about $100

A 2600 router comes with only two serial WIC slots.
The modular nature of the 2600 gives you many options to have multiple serial interfaces.
You can purchase a NM-2W module that will give you two more WIC slots, for a potential to accept up to 4 Wan Interface Cards (WIC-x)
If you just need serial connections, you can get a single WIC that has 2 serial ports on it...

That means that if I buy the NM-2W module I can add and have two more slots .. thanks

If I buy a single WIC ... will it fit in the NM slots.. (it looks so wide)

Thanks ... mMMMwwaa

NM-2W fits in the wide NM slot.
It has two more small WIC slots where you can place up to two more WIC interfaces
A WIC will not fit in a NM slot by itself. You can easily see the size difference.
