Try this - from control panel/mail<br />
Click Email Accounts<br />
click 'View or Change existing directories &nbsp;or address books' then click next<br />
On outlook address book, click Change<br />

Highlight the ones you want to remove and click Remove address book.<br />

Working with Outlook 2002 <br />

I have put in PST folders and removed them a few times. When removing them they leave a contacts bookmark in my address book pull-down and I can't find where to remove them from the pull-down menu in address book.<br />

I have 3 now and all are blank.<br />
