VB and SQL Server

Hi all,

Where can I find resources on the net on VB programming with SQL server as back-end?  I need info on "best practices" for connecting to sql server, lock types, cursors, exectuing SPs, sample code for db operations such as inset/delete/save etc.

Hi,
Use ADO (ActiveX data Object) in Visual Basic to connect to SQL Server. Here is the samples:
