My goverment block many website(at Isp) how can I go to web site that the goverment block before I can write  
address then it go but now can not g

Can you reach google and find the blocked website? If yes, you should be able to read the cached copy (klick on the "in cache" link).
If not, this one's supposed to defeat the wall:
http://www.alltooflat.com/geeky/elgoog/
That is, if it's not blocked, too :-S

Ah yes, almost forgot the most straightforward method: to use some open proxy server that is not blocked. List of open proxy servers can be found at:
