Increase frequency with which Exchange Server 2003 checks pop mail accounts using the pop connector

How can I increase the frequency with which the Exchange Server checks pop mail?  The server seems to limit the frequency to once every fifteen minutes or so.  I am running Windows Server 2003 SBS with Exchange Server 2003.  Thanks!

15 minutes is hardcoded, in order to run faster you'd need to use a 3rd party application as your POP3 connector.

www.msexchange.org has a few POP3connectors you can download, a few of them free. Never used one or I'd recommend one to you.

It is possible to add a registry dword entry that accelerates the download by x number of times.  See the link above.
