I would like to set up an auto generated newsletter (HTML Form) that sended automaticly by email once a month to a list of people to inform them about the updated pages in my websiet ( give all the links to the updated pages). I use PHP and MySql in Windows XP.  Can anyome give me some idea about how to do that?
I would really appreciate.

write a php file that will email everyone a copy of the newsletter, if you store your emails in a database that will be simple enough.  You can write the newsletter as HTML and attach it to your email.
Then you can set up a scheduled task, that option is in Control Panel, XP has a wizard that will help you create a new task.
