A program to RECORD Voice / Sound via built-in Mic on Pocket PC ( iPAQ )

I'm looking for codes which allows my program to RECORD voice or sound (wave files) via the built-in mic on
an iPAQ Pocket PC.

I'm coding using embedded Visual C++ 4.0 with MS Mobile 2003 SDK. I only needs the recording functionality
as I can always use the PlaySound() function to playback the wave files.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
