Hi,

We're looking to replace our old Zetafax 6 fax server to a new fax server that will also have the ability to integrate with Exchange 2003.

rightfax has a really cool platform for this. this prodcut can be expensive depending on how big your network is.  GFI also makes a fax platform.  Go to slipstick.com. they got some cool solutions.
