Hi, I am using Crsytal Report 8.5 in VC.NET using Craxdrt.dll. I want to export the report to excel, pdf, word etc. from Crviewer.
I get to click on Export btn, I select excel7.0 and then Disk File options and the filename to save ob the PC. But when I open the file it just shows me on worksheet with sheet name same as report name but there is no data. All rows and columns of excel worksheet are empty. Need the help urgently, please provide your inputs. Thanks in advance. Regards,

Is your report a crosstab type?  If so, there is a hot fix published for this problem: http://support.businessobjects.com/library/kbase/articles/c2012807.asp

Hi, My report is not a cross tab report. But I have found that its a known bug with Crystal 8.0 that it generates exported file on disk with size as 0KB. If you export the same file in Mail using MAMI or view it using an application you can see the exported stuff but if you store in on disk the file is empty.
