  Now I am debugging a program (DVD2AVI, which can be downloaded from, for example,  Microsoft Visual C++6.0 .There is an assembly  file (idctmmx.asm) in this program, and the version of MASM is 6.14.When I debugg this program, the compiler says it cannot find and . I searched for them on the net but in the end only found . The other wanted file ,, could not be found. So,where can I find this file, and how should I fix this problem? (The following is a section of assembly code from idctmmx.asm:
 _MMX = 1

if @version GE 612
mmword      TEXTEQU      <QWORD>
include IAMMX.INC

if @version GE 614
mm2word      TEXTEQU      <QWORD>                  ; needed for Streaming SIMD Extensions macros
include                        ; Streaming SIMD Extensions Emulator Macros

      .model flat
