A problem on using MMX in Viusal C++

Hi!
  Now I am debugging a program (DVD2AVI, which can be downloaded from, for example, http://arbor.ee.ntu.edu.tw/~jackei/dvd2avi/)with  Microsoft Visual C++6.0 .There is an assembly  file (idctmmx.asm) in this program, and the version of MASM is 6.14.When I debugg this program, the compiler says it cannot find iammx.inc and iaxmm.inc . I searched for them on the net but in the end only found iammx.inc . The other wanted file , iaxmm.inc, could not be found. So,where can I find this file, and how should I fix this problem? (The following is a section of assembly code from idctmmx.asm:
 _MMX = 1

.nolist

.586

if @version GE 612
.mmx
mmword      TEXTEQU      <QWORD>
else
include IAMMX.INC
endif

if @version GE 614
.xmm
mm2word      TEXTEQU      <QWORD>                  ; needed for Streaming SIMD Extensions macros
else
include iaxmm.inc                        ; Streaming SIMD Extensions Emulator Macros
endif

      .list
      .model flat

_DATA SEGMENT PARA PUBLIC USE32 'DATA'
)
I would be appreciated to  any help!

Maybe this is what you need. From the download page (second link):
"MASM version 6.15 is installed in the bin folder located in the VC98 folder."
