Could not find a way to do this in Exchange System Manager.msc

Need to do the following:
1. Open User folders, Administratively without having to logon as the user.
    Browse mailbox stores and items like windows explorer would be nice.
2. Restore/Delete User's emails/items.
3. Look at undeliverable original emails.
    (Bad addressed emails) unknown@gooddomain.com, for adding aliases and manually resolving addresses.

you cant do this all in the exchange admin tool.  if you are trying to view users mailboxes, u need to grant the full mailbox permission in active directory for that user.

restoring/deleted users emails and items u can do this with opening the users mailbox from your pc, or you can do it buy logging in.

looking at undeliberable emails u can do this from the exchange system manager, if u have message tracking turned on.  or you can do this by looking at that users mailbox and check their sent items or items in their deleted or inbox
