Could not find a way to do this in Exchange System Manager.msc

Need to do the following:
1. Open User folders, Administratively without having to logon as the user.
Browse mailbox stores and items like windows explorer would be nice.
2. Restore/Delete User's emails/items.
3. Look at undeliverable original emails.
(Bad addressed emails) unknown@gooddomain.com, for adding aliases and manually resolving addresses.

Thanks in advance.

you cant do this all in the exchange admin tool.  if you are trying to view users mailboxes, u need to grant the full mailbox permission in active directory for that user.

restoring/deleted users emails and items u can do this with opening the users mailbox from your pc, or you can do it buy logging in.

looking at undeliberable emails u can do this from the exchange system manager, if u have message tracking turned on.  or you can do this by looking at that users mailbox and check their sent items or items in their deleted or inbox

hope this helps

there is also third party tools out there to help u
