Create Shortcut file on desktop

I am not using the Setup and Deployment project, and I have found a way to place files on the desktop for all users or one user which I found pretty interesting.. like this:

system.Environment.GetEnvironmentVariable("AllUsersProfile")

which returns the documents and settings folder.

problem 1 solved, but now that I know where to put it.. how do i create the actual shortcut?

Any help is great!
