How to paste data after DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdCopy command

With it being Monday I have completely lost all intelligence.

I used DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdCopy to copy some text that I want pasted automatically elsewhere.  My problem is that I forget how to do that.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.
