ORA -65285

Hi
A friend of mine has got an error ORA-65285
What is the error?I tried searching the documentation ,but I couldnt find help.
I think its an error that is because the .msg files are missing.But Iam not too sure .Can anyone help.
Its urgent!

From Metalink: query returning a NULL value in a column of type LONG generated that error.
