Hi,

I got a new business <http:Q_20964695.html URL removed by request--Lunchy> and we are a creative design house but we aim to be very business orientated.

From your experience guys what's the best type of marketing plan to put together as a small business with an extremely limited budget. What should an effective marketing plan contain and how could we win new business when the main barrier to enytry is a lack of appreciation of high quality graphic Art. People in Ireland don't have the same appreciation as American companies do for high quality marketing work so I need to think up a marketing plan which will make our services invaluable.

Here is a sample of the services we offer:

 Corporate identities
 Corporate brochure design/Presentation design
 Annual reports
 Web design
 Interactive CDs
 Digital Signage
 Promotion
 Advertising

Well i look forward to hearing from ye.

No offense, but I don't think "the main barrier to enytry is a lack of appreciation". There must be SOME folks interested in what you're selling or there's no need for the business. In other words, what you say affects the size of the potential market but does not affect the rudiments of a plan. In short:

Who do you see as your potential customers?
What & how much are they buying?
What trends are they showing in purchasing services?
Who are your competitors?
How are you going to differentiate your services from theirs?
How are you going to find and communicate with your potential customers?
