Put it on a server:)

Really what do you want to do?

Commented:
procedure TForm1.Button1Click(Sender: TObject);
begin
  if MessageDlg('Welcome to my Delphi application.  Exit now?',
    mtConfirmation, [mbYes, mbNo], 0, mbYes) = mrYes then
  begin
    MessageDlg('Exiting the Delphi application.', mtInformation,
      [mbOk], 0, mbOk);
    Close;
  end;

Commented:
var
  FileToFind: string;
begin
  FileToFind := FileSearch(Edit1.Text, GetCurrentDir);
  if FileToFind = '' then
    ShowMessage('Couldn''t find ' + Edit1.Text + '.')
  else
    ShowMessage('Found ' + FileToFind + '.');
end;
Take a look at the TServerSocket & TClientSocket components
