when i use TS in W2003 i cannot print with a older dos based package to multiple remote sites because net use lpt1  will only map one time. It does not matter if I am a different user. Can this be done without an expensive program or cytrix.

We use remote desktop to connect from the internet

 Help thanks

The computer with the printer attached need to be shared when you log on to the ts.  This will give any computer on that site access to the printer.
After the print server is logged on and the printer is shared go to a pc that runs a terminal session and type the net use statment (in the session).  You will get a successful dos mapping and then you can print from that dos program.  You dont need to have a printer on every pc.
