IIS 6 SMTP Server

I have a Windows 2003 machine with IIS installed on it.
I have some mail filtering tools installed on it so this machine just filters mail and sends the remnants to the backend mail server (smarthost option).
Is there a way for me to set up IIS to send the email to 2 different servers?
I'd like to test some mail scanning apps and would like copies of all email to be sent to a test machine...

The SmartHost option in IIS does not like more than one IP address...
Anyone with any suggestion?

No you can't.  Depending on what you;re sending the mail to, it might be possible to set up journalling on one of the destination gateways so a second copy is stored at that point.

What are the destination mail servers?

The destination mail server is running PostFix... I don't want to touch mail there because that mail has already been through filtering and I want to test a new scanning application which would require raw email.
