Hi,

I need to build a vertical navigation and ensure that when transitioning from page to page, that the webpage doesn't flash or flicker.  Does anyone know a good way to ensure this?  I know that there have been some issues with regards to style sheets causing this to occur, but I don't actually know how to prevent or design pages to ensure that they dont flash or flicker when moving from page to page.

The fix seems to be to include an empty script tag in your <head> element:
<script type="text/javascript"> </script>
