call center enviroment

Hi Guys I need an Opensource software or affordable commercial software that will run preferably on any linux Distributions. Scenarion I need to setup an enviroment where a person will set in front of Windows machine and answer incoming calls and be able to see an incoming call at same time be able to send requests or faults to a relevent ID/person registered/available on the system thats running on Linux Enviroment, clients being windows machine(client server connection or Broweser connection will do).I have an X25 line already is there a way of utilizing this line to do this function. Please You can provide a me with system layout of all devices needed and software if possible your help will be really apriciated. Thanx chz

Hi ALL
I have used one of the "Open SOURCE Help desk System" ONEORZERO and the Telephone System part am using BoXIT for my announcements and everything.
