interfacing with Access DB on Server

I currently have an Access Database on my PC.  I want to transfer it to my Server and then write a VB6 program to access and update the database.  What is the procedure I have to go through to do this

Access database is just a normal file so you can just copy it to the server. Will the VB program be on the client or the server? If it's on the client then you will need to access the Access database over the network as  a normal file. If you cannot do this then use SQL Server or some other database that you could connect via TCP/IP. If you have file access to the server database (either on the server or from the client over the network) you would make a VB program that will use ADO to access the database). Just do a google or buy a book and you will find much information on how to make a VB program and use an Access database.
