hi, the user has accidentally deleted one big foldder in Netscape/mozzila/user extension. The user in fact had to delete that folder which belonged to her, then recreated her profile under the different user name, but mail account is the same. At the end,  she lost her "local files" which belonged to her previous name.. Are those files recoverable? If so, what`s the most efficient data recovery software available?
thanks
