Overclocking using this hardware setup. Please offer advice or info.

I would like to overclock, and yes I do know how! but was just looking for someone with the same hardware setup that could offer some info and advice from their experience of overclocking.

AMD XP 2500+ Barton
ASUS A7V8X-X (bios v1008)
512 mb Kingston pc2700
