At Forme Loading I want set the language to specific language (NOT Default nether Local)
what the instruction and required declaration?

You need to call this before any form is  loaded (the best is in the Main method):

System.Threading.Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentUICulture = new System.Globalization.CultureInfo ("de-CH"); -> changes the language
System.Threading.Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentCulture = new System.Globalization.CultureInfo ("de-CH"); -> changes number and date formats
