Need software to setup a Kinko like workstations

I'm setting up 2 workstations for a client that is a owner of a printing shop. After I set up the two workstation I'm going to need some software that monitors the time the customer has spent on the workstation and automatically prints out a invoice to the ower. Can of like what Kinkos does when you use there workstations. Does anyone have any ideas?

We ran an Internet Cafe in Ocean City, Maryland a few years ago and used

Great stuff, and very robust. I think it would work well for what you want to do.
