I noticed one of my servers will boot up to a point where it says &quot;services.exe failed to initialize&quot;. At this point i have control of the mouse, but the screen is blank. Is there a simple solution besides re-installing?<br />

I noticed one of my servers will boot up to a point where it says "services.exe failed to initialize". At this point i have control of the mouse, but the screen is blank. Is there a simple solution besides re-installing?
