Hello there:)

I know there're lots of those but I want one that I can control complitly (not from a open menu but I'm typing it in)- Size, Quality, And most importent- Limit the bps.. Would also be happy to control Frames/s.
Thanx in advance.

These are issues of digital compression. If you compress the video in a certain format and size/frame rate, it will be that way on the site. The only way to "control" the data rate ("bps") is to use a bandwidth throttle like the one that comes with Windows Media Server. It basically allows you to control how much bandwidth a client system is able to consume. You can also tweak this using IIS. It's possible to compress several variations of size, data and frame rate into one (giant) video so that when a client requests it, the video sends the correct version for that client's setings - however, it's usually better just to compress several (for example, a high, medium, and low bandwidth version). I hope this helps.

Going back to read your question again - were you asking for video compression software? If so, check out Sorenson Squeeze http://www.sorenson.com/, Media Cleaner http://www4.discreet.com/cleanerxl/cleaner.php?id=119, or Windows Media Encoder http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/9series/encoder/default.aspx which is even free.

Hello! and thanx for the reply :)
I've tried the links you sent but I wasn't able to control as much as I wanted - at least from the time I spent trying to use it.. but I sucssefuly used 'Adobe Premiere pro (v-7)' and that means I will not need assitence on that Q and as you are the only one who was trying to help (and helped me understand some principles) I'm giving you the points :)
Take care and thanx.
