where do i find the source code in developing a calendar for VB 6.0  

1) It needs to be able to operate like the calendar in the Windows taskbar (Change Month/Year)

2) It should be able to store information into database based on date selected.

Where do I start....Please help it seems I can't find a answer

Hi !!

Are you looking for a datepicker control where the calender is dropped down from which you can select the date? If yes, datepicker control is one of the intrinsic MS control which you can use (You can as well use calender control just to display the calender). Alternatively, you can also find several 3rd party free and licensed calender and datetimepickers.

And yes, the control properties can be used to fetch the date value and do whatever reqd.
