By deffinition doesn't a RichTextBox use Rich Text Format, not Hyper Text Markup Language?

You could use a AxSHDocVw.AxWebBrowser control, and then set the contents using -
mshtml.IHTMLDocument2 myDoc = (mshtml.IHTMLDocument2)myRendering.Document;
myDoc.body.innerHTML = "test"; // Your HTML

Thank you for your time,
Arrummzen
