Ok to delete Local Settings\Temp Files?

Is it ok for me to delete everything in my C:\Documents and Settings\nritchie\Local Settings\Temp file. The Disk Cleanup utility did not remove some of the files in the folder.

Yes.  Some files are in use and can't be deleted...
But, if you really want it clean - boot into safe mode and delete them that way....

Press F8 before windows loads to get a boot menu where you can choose safe mode, if you need to go that route...
