Is it possible to make dial-up server in linux like ms windows ?

Is there any open source for it ?

Yes, you can set up a PPP server in Linux, see http://www.redhat.com/mirrors/LDP/HOWTO/PPP-HOWTO/ppp-server.html

But..

Does it have compatibility with windows OS ?

I have already done with dial-up sever and Ras client with windows ..

I'm wondering it is possible to connect with ras client in windows and linux ppp server.

Please give me advice.

Its just a PPP server, like that found at any ISP that supports dial-up access and any windows client can be configured to use that.
