It is a 500 sheet feeder C3760A. &nbsp;The broken part is that arm in the cassette that comes down to pick the paper it. &nbsp;the part broken is one of the little pieces of plastic that holds the pickup roller.

Yes &nbsp; then i would &nbsp;suggest &nbsp;replacing the &nbsp; tray &nbsp; let me &nbsp; &nbsp;look up on my &nbsp;end &nbsp;im an Authorized &nbsp;HP &nbsp;Laserjet Repair &nbsp;person &nbsp; &nbsp;and let em &nbsp;see if &nbsp;the part &nbsp;is avial &nbsp;thru &nbsp;HP &nbsp;and cost &nbsp;if its alot &nbsp;may &nbsp; suggest a new &nbsp;peinter &nbsp; hold a &nbsp;few &nbsp;moments

Yes   then i would  suggest  replacing the   tray   let me    look up on my  end  im an Authorized  HP  Laserjet Repair  person    and let em  see if  the part  is avial  thru  HP  and cost  if its alot  may   suggest a new  peinter   hold a  few  moments

In my lower cassette for the 4v one side that holds the pickup roller has broken and the roller no longer stays on that arm that lowers to pick up paper. &nbsp;Is there anyway to just replace that arm or do I have to replace the whole cassette?
