Good day to you.

The answer might be as simple as a no - but I hope not.

We're running Exchange 2000 on Windows 2000 Server.

We'd like to have individual diaries for people within the public folder tree - this isn't a problem.

However,  secretaries would like to have a view where all diaries are mixed, so that if on 1st Jan employee 1 has a meeting at 10am, and employee 4 is out until 2pm etc etc, and these are in seperate folders, can the parent folder show an overview of all appointments for a given day ?

So, is there a way to have one parent folder showing all appointments in a calendar within the folder.

Thanks in advance

Steve Handscomb.

This can only be done by programming.  Not terribly hard unless you don't know how to program.  An excellent book on the topic is Microsoft Outlook Programming by Sue Mosher.  Tom Rizzo also makes a good one, but I don't think it's up to date.

Here is the site for Sue's book:

http://www.outlookcode.com/

You don't need the book, but it's a good one and has all of the information in one place.
