The answer might be as simple as a no - but I hope not.
We're running Exchange 2000 on Windows 2000 Server.
We'd like to have individual diaries for people within the public folder tree - this isn't a problem.
However, secretaries would like to have a view where all diaries are mixed, so that if on 1st Jan employee 1 has a meeting at 10am, and employee 4 is out until 2pm etc etc, and these are in seperate folders, can the parent folder show an overview of all appointments for a given day ?
So, is there a way to have one parent folder showing all appointments in a calendar within the folder.
