Hi george, I added these for you.

I created two new buttons (+ two new actions) and added the following functionality:

procedure TfrmMain.actUpExecute(Sender: TObject);
begin
 lvwReceipt.ItemIndex:= lvwReceipt.ItemIndex - 1;
 lvwReceipt.Items[lvwReceipt.ItemIndex].Selected:= True;
 lvwReceipt.Items[lvwReceipt.ItemIndex].Focused:= True;
end;

procedure TfrmMain.actDownExecute(Sender: TObject);
begin
 lvwReceipt.ItemIndex:= lvwReceipt.ItemIndex + 1;
 lvwReceipt.Items[lvwReceipt.ItemIndex].Selected:= True;
 lvwReceipt.Items[lvwReceipt.ItemIndex].Focused:= True;
end;
