Newbie on MS Outlook needs help!!

Hi, I need to do a application but duno if outlook provide such functionlity for me to do it.

I need just 2 forms, but complicated views..

First, I need a form which have certain combobox and text fields.
For the first time I enter, the combox is blank. Once i saved, it will reflect the data in the view as per normal.

However, if I click 'New' the next round, I hope the combobox will reflect the data I entered in the previous round so I do not have to retype it. And once I select the cmbox1 value, combox2 will auto populate the value that is related to cmbox1.
Eg: cmbox1 gives: red, yellow, green.
Once i select 'red',
combox2 will give me: apple, strawberry, tomato, etc. (This value also are those that I have entered b4)

Second, for the views part..
How do I filter out and display dates that are base on a certain criteria and the field col is not in the form

Eg: Alert Level(not in form,and groupby),date of purchase, company
Urgent(more than 14 days of purchase), date here, AAAcompany
Not Urgent(less than 7 days of purchase), date here, BBBcompany

Pls advice as I need to select a platform urgently.
