Yolu might want to check your cipher strength of your browser.....are you using IE?

Go to Help ==> "About Internet Explorer" within IE. What is the Cipher Strength and version?

Do you receive that message repeatedly? Or on any other sites? If just Citibank then you might want to call them - their online banking support line.

Other things to try would be to clear out your Temporary Internet Files, Cookie, History and check all your security settings.

Right click on IE on the desktop and choose properties.
Click "Delete Files" and check "Offline Files" click Ok.
Click "Clear History" and confirm.

Click on Security tab --> Select each zone (especially Internet Zone) and make sure "Default" is selected on all of them.

Click on Advanced tab --> Click "Restore Defaults"

Restart your browser and try Citibank again. If problem persists I would say call them.
