I would like to provide web mail access to others from a dedicated pc - what is the easiest way of locking everyone else out of all other system areas (control panel - start menu et.,)  but granting access to a single URL such as mail2web?

You can lock everything down through a Group Policy....

Start ==> Run ==> type gpedit.msc ==> click ok.

You now have many settings you can lock down.....everything your heart desires :)
