the domain/enterprise admin account cann't log on to the domain controler

i moved the domain and enterprise admin account to an OU then i granted the " LOGON LOCALY " option in the GPO for this OU to a user " normal user " ... then after i log off from the DC i discoverd that i can't log on to the domain controler machine any more with the admin account or any accout exept the user which i granted him the log on localy
which by default mad me has no option to edit any option for the domain or edit the GOP again ........
what can i do to make the admin account or any other account with administrative priveledges valid to use

Are you able to log on with another domain administrator account at another machine?

If so you can run the Users and Computers snapin and move your administrator accounts out of the OU and back to where they should be.

What ever you do here, you will need another machine on the network and able to administer your domain to be able to fix this problem.
