which by default mad me has no option to edit any option for the domain or edit the GOP again ........

Are you able to log on with another domain administrator account at another machine?

If so you can run the Users and Computers snapin and move your administrator accounts out of the OU and back to where they should be.

What ever you do here, you will need another machine on the network and able to administer your domain to be able to fix this problem.
