Well were were set up to receive mail on a POP/SMTP type setting before we moved over to Exchange so the Settings for POP and SMTP where still listed under E-mail accounts. &nbsp;I deleted the POP/SMTP account and set Microsoft Exhange Server as my Default connection. &nbsp;We'll see what happens.<br />

Hello,

   I'm running Microsoft Outlook 2002 on my system, we are attached to an Exchange Server.  When my messages start populating into my inbox they are duplicated for some reason, I will get one message in Plain text format and the other in HTML format.  How do I keep this duplicating from happening, I would just like to receive one message when they come in.
