GETTING DUPLICATE MESSAGES IN MY INBOX

Hello,

I'm running Microsoft Outlook 2002 on my system, we are attached to an Exchange Server.  When my messages start populating into my inbox they are duplicated for some reason, I will get one message in Plain text format and the other in HTML format.  How do I keep this duplicating from happening, I would just like to receive one message when they come in.

Thanks,

Vic

I would check the email profile settings first, please let us know how many information services are listed there. To check this settings, go to Control panel and run the mail setting, under services tab, besides Microsoft Exchange Server, and address book, is there anything else in there?

Well were were set up to receive mail on a POP/SMTP type setting before we moved over to Exchange so the Settings for POP and SMTP where still listed under E-mail accounts.  I deleted the POP/SMTP account and set Microsoft Exhange Server as my Default connection.  We'll see what happens.

Thanks,

Vic
